Transcripts of classes taken at Jesus and Mary Academy may be requested from the Academy Registrar.

Official Transcripts

Official Transcripts include the seal and stamp of the Academy with the date and signature of Academy Registrar. They are meant to be sent directly to another institution, such as a college or university.

They may be requested by any current or former high school student by emailing the Registrar.

They incur a $15.00 fee for processing.

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts do not include the seal, stamp, date, and signature. They are meant only for personal use and are free. They can be ordered by emailing the Registrar.
